Armenian Ethnic Manor
The history of the ACOL ethno-estate dates back to the 1980s, when the Avetisyan family built a farm in Dilijan, Tavush region, and laid the first orchards. Inspired by the fragrant fruits and berries of their own garden, the Avetisyan family decided to establish the production of juices, wines, as well as fruit and berry vodkas, which would be distinguished by their unique taste and natural pure composition. Thanks to modern European-made equipment, all products have a bright aroma characteristic of each fruit or berry. Having launched production in 2018, today ACOL presents to the consumer a wide range of juices and alcoholic beverages made exclusively from fresh fruits and berries.
Natural wine production technology
Striving to preserve the ancient traditions of Armenian winemaking,
"ACOL" wines are produced from autochthonous,
hand-picked local Armenian grape varieties growing at an altitude of 900-1800 meters above sea level. When ripened in special climatic conditions, these grape varieties acquire the necessary characteristics for the production of high-quality wines.
Fermentation occurs exclusively naturally, without yeast or sulfites.
The wines are aged in caras with a capacity of 1500-2000 liters, buried in the ground to a depth of 2-2.5 meters, which gives the wines unique taste and aromatic qualities.
Before bottling, the wines are filtered and stabilized by freezing.

Natural juice production technology
"HNDZAN" juices are produced without
the addition of water, sugar, dyes or any preservatives.
Made from local varieties of fresh fruits, hand-selected, crushed and cold-pressed.
Then juice is gently pasteurized at 80 degrees Celsius, bottled and packaged in a bag-in-box with a convenient tap for use.
The whole production process is continuous, bottling is carried out immediately after squeezing juice, which guarantees the preservation of most vitamins and nutrients.

Vodka production technology
"HNDZAN" vodkas are made from the amazing gifts of sun-rich Armenian nature and pure mountain spring water, via natural fermentation, double distillation, without the addition of sugar or any other additives.
To ensure the absolute quality of the product, seeds and tails are removed from fruits and berries intended for the production of vodka.
The distillate undergoes triple filtration and is aged in glass jars for about 4 months, after which it is treated with cold at a temperature of -12 °C.
As a result, the fruit vodka acquires a natural taste and a sweet aroma typical of each fruit or berry.
The advantage of vodka "HNDZAN" is that there is no heaviness or hangover after consumption.
This is due to the fact that sugar is excluded from production.
